Silog is a popular Filipino breakfast dish that consists of three main components: sinangag (fried garlic rice), itlog (fried egg), and a choice of meat, typically tocino (sweet cured pork), tapa (marinated beef), longanisa (Filipino sausage), or bangus (milkfish).
